In light of this evaluation, we have made adjustments to our contract terms and service offerings, effective January 1, 2025. These changes have been designed with your growth in mind, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service while maintaining a sustainable and supportive environment for our dedicated professionals.

Contract Terms & Conditions
Initial Contracts
All new client contracts will be subject to a 120-day initial agreement, which replaces the previous 90-day term. This adjustment has been made to allow sufficient time for both parties to establish a strong working relationship and achieve meaningful results. We understand the value of seeing quick progress; however, we have found that a longer initial period offers the best opportunity for sustained growth and success.
Contract Renewals
For renewals beginning in 2025, we will no longer be offering 6-month contract terms. Instead, clients will have the option to choose either a 9-month or 12-month renewal term. This change is designed to provide greater stability for both AD Media Group and our clients, allowing for consistent support and growth over an extended period.
Notice of Non-Renewal
Clients wishing to discontinue services at the end of their contract term must provide a 60-day notice before the renewal period begins. This ensures that both parties have ample time to prepare for the transition and manage expectations accordingly.
Early Termination & Service Reductions
All contracts are subject to full terms with no early cancellation policy. We believe that this commitment ensures the best outcomes for all clients. If you wish to reduce services, changes can only be made at the time of contract renewal. Service reductions cannot be made during the term of the agreement.
Service Modifications
If additional services are required, please allow a minimum of 15-30 days for implementation into your marketing process. This time frame ensures that each service is properly integrated into your existing strategies and achieves optimal results. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of service, and a thorough implementation process is essential to meeting your goals.
Collaboration Services Contracts
Collaboration services contracts are exclusively available in 9-month and 12-month terms. These contracts are not subject to the 120-day initial contract or the 6-month renewal term options. This change is made to accommodate the extended time and processes required to ensure the highest level of success and effective brand outreach. Given the nature of collaboration efforts, a longer commitment allows us to implement comprehensive strategies that lead to the best possible outcomes for your brand.

Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services and digital offerings, all sales are final once work has commenced or files have been delivered. Refunds are not provided for digital assets or completed service retainers. For physical goods, refunds are available only in the case of damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
For physical items, we ship domestically via USPS or UPS. Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for fulfillment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for physical items in unused condition and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
Recurring service agreements such as monthly marketing retainers require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Cancellations can be submitted to support@admediagroupllc.com. No partial refunds are provided for services already rendered or for the current billing cycle.

We do not currently offer international shipping for physical products. All clients and purchases must comply with U.S. regulations, and international clients seeking digital services should inquire in advance for availability.
