I truly believe that you are only as good as the team and people you surround yourself with. The AD Media Group Team has grown into an amazing, passionate group that truly holds my heart. I love each person on our team dearly, but their love for their clients is what rings true. With gratitude and joy in my heart, I wanted to host an event to celebrate friends, clients of past and present, and my talented team. As you can imagine, this was an event that was TRULY a labor of love and I couldn’t have done it without the clients, brands who contributed, and my fabulous team.

The true ‘A Team’! These ladies each offer an incredible aspect of what makes AD Media so special and unique. Each of these women are willing to go the extra mile to get the football down the field. In this industry, I know all to well that you must be hungry to succeed. It is so refreshing to see that attitude across the board for our team and with that–we are able to accomplish the truly big things!

A special note to our COO, Ally! Your love and dedication to the growth and direction of AD Media Group has been so pivotal in continued growth. Ally came on a couple of years ago as a Marketing Account Associate and grew her love for AD Media with each new role she took on. She learned the ins and outs of being an associate, collaborations specialist, office manager, onboarding specialist, and now works as our COO to assist in growth and ensure processes align with our greater vision. From our mutual love of Lainey Wilson music and not being scared of the gritty, hard work, I truly love having her as my right hand.

The Details

Make it delicious, but make it cute! I had a vision for an elevated, fun space with hints of pink! The XOXO Dining Room in Dallas was a natural choice. It was packed full of Instagram-worthy shots throughout the entire venue. We served a tasty meal with beef skewers and butter chicken that people couldn’t get enough of, followed with a variety of main course options, and the best part? These fabulous Baked by Laynie cookies! With our guests traveling far and wide to Dallas–we had to give them a good ole Texas welcome! I loved the ‘Howdy’ and ‘Let’s Go Girls’ Texas-shaped cookies and were for sure a hit!

With a gorgeous venue and incredible guests, we had to be sure we captured every moment. With the help of Gibsonlook, we were able to feature a Luxe 360 Photobooth where guests could capture the fun of the event in a video / gif to share! The Gibsonlook team also provided their darling blazer collection and their upcoming GLAM collection for photobooth outfit changes.

Western Son Raspberry Vodka | Western Son Lime Vodka

What’s a party without some great decorations and a specialty cocktail?! With the help of Kaeley Duncan of Land Party Rentals and my fabulous neighbor-friend, Western Son Vodka, we accomplished just that. I loved how much the decor was able to add the cherry on top of such a fun and energetic venue! Western Son featured two delicious and refreshing cocktails–the Berry Spritz and the Lemon Drop Martini. The Berry Spritz featured their Western Son Raspberry Vodka, prosecco, a bit of lemon juice, and a strawberry for garnish. The classic Lemon Drop Martini included their Western Son Lemon Vodka with a dash of orange liqueur, and a bit of lemon juice. Both are incredibly refreshing and easy to have a couple with friends!

Our Clients Are The Best

It felt so great to hug our clients and partners in real life, and let our hair down! Each person holds a special part in my heart. As fortunate as I am that our team and company are able to impact so many across state lines, there was something so special about seeing these sweet faces in person! It can be so easy to get used to the day-to-day routine and it was so refreshing to spend time with these people beyond the computer screen. This business and industry can be demanding, but I am so fortunate to work alongside such wonderful people who light up every room they enter as the businesswomen and men that they are.

We always love bringing a WOW factor to all that we do! It was so fun having an aerialist perform a few performances while our guests were enjoying their meals and drinks. It was so cool to watch her perform and really end the night on such a fun note!

The Hat Bar

There are no words to properly give our love to the amazing owner Gretchen of Southern Junkiez boutique. Southern Junkiez always provides amazing looks for every event in my life. From countless photoshoots to even bigger events like my son’s graduation. I absolutely adore sweet Gretchen and am so thankful for being a constant in my life. She is a woman of many trades! She functions as my hair stylist, stylist, and confidant, and makes a good drink, too! Our guests LOVED getting to select their own trucker hat and choosing their own patch for the hat. I had my eye on that bright blue hat with the white flower all night!

Photobooth Fun

Luxe 360 Photobooth was hands down the best photobooth I have ever experienced, and the owners were absolutely so accommodating! The laughs were non-stop and the memories made in the booth will be with us forever!

All that Swag

We are so grateful to all the brands and sponsors for making the mouths of all of our clients drop in excitement! Our clients work so very hard and are usually the ones that have the perfect gifts for everyone else! The looks on our guests’ faces as they pulled back the tissue paper and saw the love from you all was my favorite part of the night. It felt like Christmas making people light up with appreciation and gratitude.

Cheers to What’s Ahead

As the event came to a close, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and humility as this company has grown and evolved so much in a few short years. To be able to look around and see all the lives we had the opportunity to touch, was truly a humbling feeling. This company came from a teeny office with my laptop and a dream and to be moving my team of 10+ into a bigger space in 2024–I know there are big things ahead!
