Shop Small Businesses
The holiday season is upon us and it’s the perfect time to do shopping for family, friends and lets not kid anyone, ourselves too! With that being said shopping small this season is so important. The pandemic has had major impacts on small businesses and supporting them this season can make a huge difference. I wanted to highlight some of the businesses and people that I work with and absolutely adore. I know you’ll love them too!
Small Businesses to Shop This Holiday Season
Shop Style Your Senses-Mallory Fitzsimmons is owner of Shop Style Your Senses. She is a hard working mom trying to prove to the world that living a stylish life doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Her boutique is classy, chic, and most importantly affordable.
Glotrition-This beauty line is clean from the inside out. From to hyaleronic acid serum to beauty shots that include goji berry and revitalize the skin. Glotrition has it! Their line is the perfect gift for the holiday season and really just anyone that is skin obsessed.
Perfectly Gifted Frisco I had the pleasure of helping photograph Perfectly Gifted Frisco’s recent launch. The title says it all! This online boutique has trendy personalized gifts for all occasions. They take the guess work and hunting out of gift giving.
Cabo Couture: My sweet friend Madeline created a swimsuit and workout line called Cabo Couture because of her love for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! She worked incredibly hard to design a line of athleisure and swimsuits that make a woman feel confident in their own skin. Her love for her products show in the line itself.
Landry Kate Boutique + Life and Style: Landry Kate is a small business located in Mckinney. Lauren, the owner of Landry Kate has created an incredible brand that continues to grow. I photograph her clothes and truly leave wanting to purchase just about everything! Her clothes and jewelry are gorgeous, and she just recently opened up another store on the square that includes home decor, high end clothing/loungewear, as well as small gifts and shoes.
Berkley Clothing: Leggings but make them maternity! Loren and Hillary worked hard to create Berkley Clothing as an activewear brand that wants to empower women during their pregnancy. They are launching soon and their product is one you won’t want to miss if you are expecting or know someone that is!
IBB Designs: Shay Geyer is an interior designer that makes visions come to life. She has a passion for interiors and interior products that creates beautiful and luxury spaces for clients. Her eye and use of color, pattern and texture is what makes her so special. She transforms a house into a welcoming happy home!
Bundles Luxury-The hair products that we could all use! Bundles Luxury has different types of shampoo, conditioner, protectants and much more. The products are beautiful and would be an easy stocking stuffer or gift!
Texas Shiplap– Stu and Arlee have been doing home improvement projects for years. Texas Shiplap creates vertical, horizontal shiplap, herringbone, chevron, and angled shiplap. They can even do other wall paneling styles like board and batten and wainscoting. If you need beams and barn doors, they can do that too! They strive to “Make every room your favorite room.”
The Light Blonde– The Light Blonde is a boutique that is near and dear to my heart. The positivity and light they bring to the clothing world is something I really admire about them. I have a blog post about them here for more details!
Roseanne Beck Collections-Roseanne Beck is a small business filled with paper and gift products to enhance your next party or celebration! They have products for all seasons and occasions. Alicia Wood just launched a holiday collection with them that includes a Holiday List (something we could all use this season)
House of Colour Merideth-Merideth is a wife, mother, and friend that is passionate about helping others transform into their best selves. Merideth has worked profesionally in styling for many years and has found the house of color process among the elite. She shares methods with clients that will take the frustration out of shopping and brings excitement about every purchase.
Baked by Laynie–Youve seen pictures of Laynie’s cookies on my instagram and in blog posts. She creates beautiful desserts that are classy and delicious. Baked by Laynie would be perfect for a get together this holiday season.

Western Son Vodka–If you live in Texas you probably have heard of this vodka or seen its label before! Western Son Vodka is delicious and their creativity with flavors brings an extra bonus to their company.
Garrison Brothers-If it’s whiskey from a small town in Texas, you know its good! Dan of Garrison Brothers Whiskey was determined to make the first legal Texas Bourbon and that’s exactly what he and his team did. This whiskey is smooth and a great gift to those who love a cold glass in the winter time.
Twisted Wares-If you need a fun and hilarious gift for a friend, Twisted Wares is for you! She’s got towels, napkins, bags, birthday decor, and gifts for just about anything you can think of. Missy was a Realtor turned stay at home mom that wanted to create something that would resonate with everyone, and she absolutely succeeded.
Sarah Darby -is an incredible coach that helps women use resources to build their business. She offers several different coaching programs & opportunities.What sets Sarah apart in the Coaching Realm is she has curated courses of dreamers or doers and takes different approaches for each personality. She’s that coach that everyone wants!
Anchored Bleu Interiors– Tanya is an interior designer that believes a space should be sophisticated and inviting. They love a classic and timeless look as well as the idea that less is more. ABl designs each unique space by seeing the possibilities to create a fresh and desirable space that is attainable for the client and their lifestyle.
Who Else Should You Support During the Holiday Season?
Did you know Influencers/Bloggers are considered Small Businesses as well? Yep, they run a business and pay taxes just like any small business. They even support so many small businesses by sharing the best finds!
I also wanted to highlight that Gift Guides are SO convenient for anyone who wants to shop small. If you weren’t aware, shopping bloggers gift guides supports the influencers themselves. Here are a few that I have worked with that are incredible!
