Starting as a small business is a challenge as is, at AD Media Group we pride ourselves on celebrating our accomplishments no matter how big or small. Early on in the company, we were reaching out to brands for potential campaigns for our influencers and by doing so we received a response in regards to a campaign with a large athletic wear company. As soon as we found out the exciting news the office was overjoyed with excitement! Like in the Netflix series Selling Sunset, I said to the office “RING A BELL, RING A BELL!!”. Unfortunately, we did not have a bell so instead I grabbed the first thing I saw which happened to be the salt shaker of all things! I insisted that we shake the salt shaker in celebration and this has been a tradition ever since when we make any accomplishment. As a parting gift from our previous manager she gifted us this beautiful bell engraved with “salt” to keep the tradition alive!
